Furuno DFF-3D Sonar Sounder
Furuno do it again with the Furuno DFF3D sounder. The most effective system around at the moment. This units offers superior images and profile for targeting the schools of fish and studying the underlying ocean bed. Using the newest technology leading the way - multi-beam technology with the higest quality detail pictures drawn from both and extremely compact multi beam transducer sonar and the new advanced signal processing system. Incredible Visibly to view the surrounding vessel and bottom including schools of fish under the deepest water in bright clear colour.
This Furuno DFF3d technology allows the conversion of a NavNet TZtouch or TZtouch2 MFD into a multi-beam sonar. Then allowing viewing 120-degrees port to starboard with amazing clear concise clarity. See the school fish in movement direction and at depths with extreme precise imaging. All in real time while incredibly showing conditions and ocean floor imagery.
- Sidebar detection range is up to 200 m (over 650 feet)* in a 120-degree swath port and starboard direction.
- Deep water, main beam penetration directly under the boat is approx. 300 m (over 980 feet)*
*Depending on bottom, water and installation conditions.
Customise the Display - The modes can be customised to the anglers needs all according to the situation.
DFF-3D with new technology - The new innovation from Furuno - four modes, which puts a whole new spin on fishing.
Overview of the modes
Triple Beam Sounder
Furuno Dff-3D transducer has single or triple direction beams, under and middle, left and right. The fish finder image are displayed simultaneously. The triple beam allows the opportunity to clearly read and identify the school fish depths and the structure of the ocean floor in all of these directions even following the way the fish are swimming.
3D Sounder History
This DFF3D sounder give a complete history of past imagery of the seabed structures and shows the fish as icons. Very useful in a variety of fishing applications marking locations and conditions below.
Immediately gives a clear impression visually of the formation of objects below. Great for identifying the o
cean floor and while looking for the schools of fish both left or right.
Shows the Realtime echo in one hundred and twenty degrees port and starboard aiding in the instant understanding of the diversity of the fish in the seafloor underneath whilst comparing with the position of the vessel.
