SIMRAD have recently announced next generation of MFD’s Simrad NSS Evo3 multifunction displays.with GPS, sounder & Wi-Fi. Includes world basemap. The NSS Evo3 series comes in 16-, 12-, 9- and 7-inch models with an updated, user friendly interface and provision for full operation choosing your preferred either touchscreen or keypad, 

making the module easier to operate when the boat is in motion, in all weather conditions.

This new more superior unit to the evo2 features new SolarMAX HD screens for max viewing in all weather conditions, Dual Channel CHIRP sounder compatibility and an larger expanded keypad with many more premium features.

Simrad SolarMAX High Definition display technology provides HD visuals and extraordinary clarity with extra-wide viewing angles, perfect for use in direct sunlight as well as overcast or night environments. Most importantly, the touchscreen works correctly even when wet – covered in fresh or salt water – it won’t impact the evo3’s performance.

The unit is specifically engineered for the offshore anglers. Dual Channel CHIRP enables extreme wide angle and deep view sonar imaging from the same transducer with a dual channel CHIRP sonar transducer fitted on their vessel. Users can cover larger expands of water enabling target fish marking with precision and clarity with Network Dual Sounder technology, which offers sonar data from a network of CHIRP transducers - the NSS Evo3 can display numerous sonar inputs simultaneously.
